Good questions.
Clear answers.
Does Register Case file my matter in court?
No. It creates a request for legal help on Judikit. Formal court filing is a separate step to discuss and arrange with your advocate.
Can I choose a specific lawyer?
Yes. Browse the directory, open the advocate’s profile and use the consultation action to send a request. You can also raise a general request for matching advocates.
When can I message the advocate?
The case conversation becomes available after you accept an advocate’s proposal. You can then discuss the matter and next steps together.
Does it cost anything to submit a request?
Judikit uses coins for certain actions, including registering a case request. Review the cost shown before confirming. Professional fees proposed by an advocate are separate from platform coins.
