See how verification works
01

Keep your profile current

Accurate practice areas and state/district service locations support matching. Your published card also lets citizens choose you directly.

02

Review and send a proposal

Read the request and respond with a message and proposed fee if you want to take the matter forward.

03

Begin after acceptance

When the citizen accepts your proposal, the matter is assigned and the connected conversation becomes available.

Requests depend on eligibility and citizen activity. A published profile or a submitted proposal does not guarantee an instruction or a client.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Clear answers.

When will my profile appear in the directory?

The directory requires a verified lawyer account and a published profile card. Complete the requested information and profile review, and keep profile visibility enabled.

How are open case requests matched?

The matching logic uses the case’s practice area and location against the advocate’s practice areas and service locations. Citizens can also choose an advocate and send a direct request.

Can I add matters from my existing practice?

Yes. The case-management workspace includes a way to add existing client matters manually, alongside cases accepted through Judikit.

Do case records update automatically from a court?

You can add case events and documents to the workspace. Linked court-record features depend on supported CNR records and provider availability; do not assume every court or update is automatically covered.
